Group training program for Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Half & Full Marathon (Summer/Fall Season) and Cap City Half Marathon & Glass City Marathon (Winter/Spring Season).
Dates
Summer/Fall Training Season: June 21st - October 19th, 2025
Winter/Spring Training Season 2026: January 3rd - April 25, 2026
2026 MIT Annual Membership (Beginner & Intermediate Training Program): January 3rd - October 18th, 2026
Weekly Group Training Runs - SUMMER/FALL

Saturdays at 7:30am - LONG RUN GROUP TRAINING

Wednesdays at 6:30pm - GRIT WORKOUTS (Track, Intervals, Hills, Strength)
Run Locations
Our workout locations vary on a weekly basis. They are centrally located in Columbus, OH (Downtown, Clintonville, Upper Arlington) and surrounding suburbs (Worthington, Lewis Center, Westerville, Gahanna, etc.)
